11th December 2021 Wing Boarding: Llanfairfechan Wind Direction: SSW Wind Stength: F5/F6 gusty Surf / Sea State: Small chop Air Temperature: 12 Sea Temperature: 9.4 Weather: Cloud Max Speed: Distance Covered: Wind soon picked up and very variable. Most of time guess 18knots with quite a few 25knot gusts and a few 10 knot lulls. Easy to get going and good practice in wing and height control in variable wind. As a bit offshore sea was quite flat for wind strength. Good fun best day yet. Wing has very good top end and if I can improve pumping will end up with massive wind range. Got too windy so gave up. |
